02 / INTELLIGENCE

Better answers.
Better decisions.

From exacting numerical analysis to useful language intelligence: the method should follow the question, not the fashion.

DATA WITH A PURPOSE

Choose the right kind of intelligence.

Making data useful takes more than putting an AI interface in front of it. We prepare the information, establish what a good answer looks like and select methods that can be checked.

01

Prepare and connect data

Clean inconsistent sources, reconcile definitions, build repeatable processing and make the lineage of important figures understandable. A good model cannot rescue an unreliable input.

02

Analyse, forecast and measure

Build analytical workflows and predictive models for numerical questions. Where appropriate, techniques such as XGBoost offer a precise, testable alternative to asking a language model to guess a number.

03

Make domain knowledge usable

Build language-based systems that can find, summarise and reason over your organisation’s material. We can fine-tune or train domain-specific models, including smaller models deployable within your own environment, to reflect your terminology and tasks. Retrieval, evaluation and access controls matter as much as the model itself.

04

Measure the actual result

Agree representative examples, evaluate performance against them and design for uncertainty: sources, confidence, human review and a clear route when the system does not know.

Different questions, different tools

A sales forecast, a search over internal guidance and an assistant drafting responses need different approaches. We design the workflow around the decision you need to make, not around a single model.

Let’s identify the questions worth answering and the safest route to useful results.
